Undergraduate (B.Tech)

10+2 pass from a recognized board (CBSE/PSEB/ICSE) with physics and mathematics as compulsory subjects. A minimum of 75% aggregate marks (65% for SC/ST) or being in the top 20 percentile of the respective board is required.

Postgraduate (M.Tech/M.Sc)

For M.Tech: Bachelor’s degree (B.E./B.Tech) with at least 60% marks or 6.5 CGPA. 

For M.Sc.: B.Sc. in a relevant discipline with a minimum of 60% marks.

MBA (Management)

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with at least 60% marks or 6.5 CGPA (55% or 6.0 CGPA for SC/ST/PwD).

PhD (Doctoral)

Master’s degree in the relevant field with at least 60% marks. For engineering, a valid GATE score is generally required; for science, NET/GATE/JRF is preferred.
