Payment Processing

All monetary transactions made by users on this website are processed securely through our authorized payment gateway partners. Users are required to retain their Transaction ID and Payment Receipt Number issued by the payment gateway for any future correspondence, payment tracking, or refund requests.

Refund Eligibility

At Padhaao, we strive to ensure a smooth and satisfying experience. We consider refund requests under the following standard criteria:

• Overpayment or Duplicate Transactions: If you are charged multiple times for the same service or application due to technical issues.
• Non-Delivery of Services: If the counselling or application services paid for were not rendered within the agreed-upon timeframe.
• Cooling-Off Period: General dissatisfaction with the service, provided the refund is requested within 3 days of payment and the service process (e.g., university application submission) has not already been completed.

Please note that payments cleared after the respective application deadlines may not result in acceptance by the concerned institution, and Padhaao cannot process refunds for such late submissions.

Refund Process & Timeline

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

1. Email our support team at support@padhaao.com within the eligible time frame.
2. Include your Transaction ID, registered email address, and the reason for the refund request.
3. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 to 3 business days with an approval or request for further information.
4. Once approved, the refund will be processed and credited back to the original method of payment within 10 to 15 business days.
