Refund & Cancellation Policy
All monetary transactions made by users on this website are processed securely through our authorized payment gateway partners. Padhaao does not store, manage, or take responsibility for any discrepancies or technical issues that may occur during payment processing.
We reserve the full right to review and consider refund requests only in exceptional cases, such as when the amount paid by the user exceeds the applicable fee for the number of applications or services availed. Padhaao also retains the right to verify or review the college or course preferences submitted by the user in cases of shortfall or excess payment.
Users are required to retain their Transaction ID and Payment Receipt Number issued by the payment gateway for any future correspondence, payment tracking, or refund requests.
Any pending payments must be cleared before the respective application or service deadline. Payments received after the stipulated deadline may not result in acceptance of the application or service request by the concerned institution or authority. Padhaao shall not be held liable for any such cases, and no refund will be entertained in these circumstances.
All refund decisions shall be made at the sole discretion of Padhaao, and such decisions shall be final and binding.
