  • ECE department got a sponsored project titled “Hybrid Satellite-Terrestrial Communication: Algorithm Design & Performance Analysis” for an amount of Rs.36.92 Lakh from Department of Science & Technology (DST), Govt. of India, New Delhi.
  • Civil Department got a consultancy from CPWD, Central Govt. for an amount of Rs.60,000/- to make a Structural Design for Erection of Temporary Earth retain structure using soldier piles/H-beams.
  • Mr. Krishnendu Roy, Asst. Professor in the Mechanical department was invited to deliver a lecture at University of Maryland, College Park – Maryland, the USA on 14.02.2016.
  • Every year our students are securing top position in the End Term Exam conducted by the University and have been awarded Gold Medal at the University Convocation. Since its inception in 2003, a total 13 Gold Medals were bagged by our students from various streams.
  • University toppers students are given Babu Banarasi Das Award with Cash Prizes of Rs.21,000/-. In 2015 pass out batch Mr. Ved Vyas of MAE department and Mr.Nitesh Kumar of Civil department were University Toppers and were awarded.

College infrastructure is really amazing . The environment and the cleanliness is upto the mark . The college faculty is really nice and helpful , provides proper notes and appropriate modules at the time of exams . Overall the college is amazing , also provides various co-curricular activities etc.

The college has an excellent and well-maintained infrastructure. There are separate and air-conditioned labs for each department. The college always encourages sports, they have many sports facilities like separate grounds and courts for different games, they also award winners with trophies. The academics of the college is overall nice, they regularly update their syllabus, and teachers give their maximum effort in teaching and making notes for the student for their respective subjects. I am a BBA student at this college and I personally like their teaching methodology and punctuality. The placement is quite good, more than 850 students were placed last year. The highest package was 44.15 LPA. They have many famous placement partners like Amazon, TCS, Infosys, IBM, etc. They also organize industrial visits, internships, freshers, and farewell parties. There are various societies that can help in maximizing knowledge and give a wonderful lifetime experience. All the modes of transport are well connected to the college. There are very economical paying guests and flats near the college for outsiders. In my opinion, it can be one of the best choices if anyone wants to study at GGSIPU.
