The CSIT Pune placement cell conducts extensive profiling of qualified applicants to assist them in identifying their strengths and skills so that they may find a position where their skill set and career can develop.

The director, placement executive, placement & alumni coordinator, and four student community members make up the ASM's CSIT placement cell. The inclusion of students on the placement committee ensures that the other placement cell members are aware of the students' requirements.
