IIT Mandi campus offers a safe and secure atmosphere for female students to pursue careers and participate in co-curricular activities in order to attain their objectives. Aside from raising awareness and fostering a gender-sensitive work environment via the Women's Centre, IIT Mandi has an Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) to handle any sexual harassment complaints.
