Loyola College has been accredited by NAAC with an “A++” grade. The Loyola College has also been bestowed with Scientific & Industrial Research Organisation (SIRO) status by the Department of Scientific and Industrial Research, Ministry of Science & Technology, New Delhi (2010-2016), Special income tax exemption of 175% by the Ministry of Finance for any donation to the college for research in seven science disciplines (2012) and Fund for Improvement of Science and Technology (FIST-2013) funded by Department of Science and Technology (DST). As per the NIRF Rankings 2023, the college is ranked 7th in the college category. The college has been ranked 4th in the college category in the NIRF ranking 2022.
