Yagyavalkya Institute of Technology, also known as YIT, is a private college established in the year 2003. Located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, the college is affiliated with Rajasthan Technical University (RTU), Kota. The institute is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). YIT has been ranked among the top engineering colleges in Rajasthan by various ranking agencies.

Yagyavalkya Institute of Technology offers a total of 15 courses at undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) levels. The institute provides UG courses such as Computer Science & Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Electronics & Communication Engineering, and PG courses like M.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering and VLSI Design. Admissions are based on entrance exams such as REAP (Rajasthan Engineering Admission Process) for UG courses and GATE for PG programs.

The institute has a dedicated placement cell that ensures students receive training and placement opportunities. As per previous years' statistics, the highest package offered was Rs 12 LPA, while the average package stood at Rs 4.5 LPA.
